Hello to all of you who have stumbled across this blog, I hope it is the first of many encounters we have!
This post is in memory of the great Tom Behan who sadly passed away a few weeks ago. A member of the SWP who wrote extensively on Italy, he provided some of the best insights into the Camorra, the Italian left and Mussolini's fascist regime through living and researching extensively there, especially in his beloved Naples. His history and legacy however is best related by Chris Bambery, who wrote his obituary here.
An enthralling author and activist, he will be missed by many.
